DUO Offer:

Legal Fees:

"Equator" financing:
If you receive your salary, build your safety reserves, or hold your liquid assets in your current account, you will receive a discount equivalent to your mortgage interest rate on your account balance (up to 70% of the current outstanding principal). This benefit is automatically credited as a free partial prepayment every six months, effectively reducing your original loan term and the total amount repayable.
How it works?
- Earn a benefit matching your loan's interest rate on your liquid account balance (without the need for fixed-term deposits), applied up to 70% of your current loan balance.
- Every six months, the Bank automatically credits your earned interest benefits as a fee-free prepayment into your loan principal. Your loan is then recalculated so that your monthly payments stay the same, but your debt decreases faster.
- This process effectively shortens your mortgage term, as long as the total credited interest benefit allows for a reduction of at least one month in the remaining duration.
